About Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager, to help us create an impact by seamlessly integrating sustainability into the future of transportation.
As a Sales Manager at Volt Lines, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by acquiring new corporate customers. With a strong focus on B2B sales, you will engage with prospective customers, build and manage relationships, and present the benefits of Volt Lines' technology-powered transportation service. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up company revolutionizing the transportation industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential corporate customers to introduce Volt Lines' transportation service.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate organizations.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand each client's commuting requirements.
- Present and articulate the benefits and advantages of Volt Lines to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
