Sales LeaderAs a Sales Leader you will be responsible for driving structured growth and commercial excellence within the Industrial / Medical B2B business, focusing on mid- to high-pressure gas control equipment, including:
- Valves
- Regulators
- Manifolds
- Fitting
The role combines sales, general management, and commercial excellence responsibilities, with a strong focus on developing both local and global portfolios and leading cross-functional, multinational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive structured growth across the dedicated region.
- Develop and manage a balanced mix of local and global product portfolios.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams within a multinational environment.
- Develop sales through multiple channels, including: distributors / channels, key accounts, online sales, installers, consultants
- Develop project business in the areas of healthcare and industrial laboratory equipment.
- Drive commercial excellence across the business.
- Manage and develop sales activities related to industrial and medical B2B products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the dedicated region.

Education:
- Relevant educational background in business, engineering, sales, or a related field.
