Profile Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects professionally.
- Experience with CRM systems, lead databases, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other sales tools.
- Strong research, prospecting, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Core responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, databases, social media, and other relevant sources.
- Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified sales leads.
- Conduct outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation activities.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase intent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions between qualified prospects and the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads and improve conversion opportunities.
- Track lead-generation performance and prepare regular reports on outreach, qualified leads, meetings, and conversions.
