Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting the sales team and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role will provide you with valuable skills and insights into the world of sales and other sales support activities in a cutting-edge technology company.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position may include the following:
- Market Research and analysis of NGSO markets:
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends and progress of NGSO offerings.
- Provide indicators of strengths and weaknesses of NGSO offerings.
- Support the administration and optimization of sales documents and data relevant to NGSO.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales efforts.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales effectiveness.
- Metrics and Reporting
- Assist in tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales enablement initiatives.
- Prepare reports on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs.
- Sales Content Review
- Assist in reviewing and make recommendations for updating sales collateral, presentations, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, sales operations, marketing, and sales enablement to implement content recommendations.

12 Week Schedule:
- Week 1-3:
- Introduction to the satellite industry and Intelsat.
- Overview of our business units, departments, and relevant individuals within those groups
- Thorough overview of sales activities: vision and strategy
- Training on process and systems used in day-to-day activities.
- Review role expectations and begin projects.
- Week 4-6:
- Weekly review of project status', latest findings, and current recommendations
- Participate in deal reviews, sales meetings.
- Regular communication and engagement with sales and sales support functions.
- Week 7-10:
- Weekly review of project status', latest findings, and current recommendations
- Participate in deal reviews, sales meetings.
- Regular communication and engagement with sales and sales support functions.
- Week 10-12:
- Final delivery of projects including findings and recommendations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Eligible candidates must be one of the following:
- Part-time or full-time students who have completed 24+ credit hours (rising sophomores/juniors/seniors) and are enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university; Part-time or full-time students enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university
- May 2025 graduate
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and maturity in the workplace
- Effective communicator in both written and spoken English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in use of MSOffice Suite
- 3.0 GPA or above preferred
Summer Intern Program Description:
- Paid; 12 weeks starting on Monday, May 26, 2025 through August 15, 2025
- Schedule - 40 hours/week, Monday- Friday, 9 - 5 or regular core hours
- Hybrid environment (minimum 3 days in office location)
