We are seeking a talented professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our Sales Incentive Programs and Operations. You will leverage your expertise in data analytics, related tools, AI solutions and sales processes to streamline and automate key operations such as quota setting, sales crediting and attainment tracking. Your contributions will improve the experience of our sales teams, driving performance and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities- Sales Operations Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, drive efficiency and implement effective solutions that motivate high-performance individuals and teams.
- Data Visualization & BI Development: Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, employing end-to-end data modeling and visual design to communicate insights effectively.
- Automation & Integration: Utilize Power Apps and Power Automate (or equivalent) to streamline business processes, ensuring smooth integration of analytics outputs into daily workflows for Sales.
- Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, validate hypotheses and generate actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategy.
- AI-Driven Solutions: Design and implement AI-powered workflows that automate business processes and drive continuous improvement in sales operations, leveraging tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI applications.
- Support & Training: Provide guidance and daily support to sales team members on sales tools and systems, ensuring understanding of reporting and incentive structures.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation and Power Query proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
