Job Summary

This position is responsible for calculating sales incentives and retention bonuses for account representatives and sales executives in all segments and markets. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the sales incentive system calculation and verifying the accurate and timely completion and delivery of all the incentive statements for new business, life, renewal, and retention. The position reviews and remediates system exception and error reporting detailing incentives by individual, product code, company, and cost center to be charged. This position develops and tests new structures and system calculations for significant new or changed products or incentive programs and formats reports. The position contributes to the training on sales incentive specialists in new calculations and processes

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field and 1 year of incentive experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic Excel Skills
• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office & Collaboration: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• HCSC marketing experience or familiarity
• Knowledge of HCSC sales incentive policies and procedures
• Experience with formulas and macros in Excel.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range$25.14 - $45.44
