Job description 
We are looking to grow our Sales & Growth team (internally Engagement Search) with talents who are eager to kickstart their career in consultative sales and want to make an impact by unleashing the full potential in our clients. You will be finding and establishing new clients and engagements, manoeuvring existing client engagements, and collaborating closely with our delivering consultants. You will create business collaborations and drive digital change by taking end-to-end ownership of the client engagement lifecycle: 

🌟 Prospecting & booking meetings with digital leaders and decision makers to understand their needs and upcoming projects within digitalisation 
🌟 Initiating problem-solving and identifying collaboration possibilities 
🌟 Building relationships and becoming a long-term trusted contact for your clients 
🌟 Collaborating closely with clients, your team, and our IT consultants across offices 

You will be surrounded by a team of 11 Engagement Search colleagues locally and some 100+ more globally. To enjoy and succeed in this role you will likely be a person who is energised by meeting and establishing relationships with new people, exploring the tech market, solving clients’ business challenges in different industries, and building a state of the art tech consultancy company. Watch this video to learn more about the role!
 
Requirements 
- Recent MSc graduate (or graduation date before fall 2025) 
- Verbal and written fluency in Finnish and English 
- Strong interpersonal communication, self-leadership and initiative skills 
- Relevant experience, for example within sales, customer success, start-ups, or business development (up to 2 years full-time) 
- Passion for sales, networking, tech and business development 
- This role is a full-time position and requires working on-site
