The Sales Forecast and Demand Planning Analyst - Amazon will play a pivotal leadership role in supporting SharkNinja's Amazon business from our Milan office. This position is responsible for driving operational excellence, elevating forecast accuracy, and optimizing sales processes to support a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Ensuring flawless execution across sales operations and strengthening predictability across the business. Operating from Milan, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners-including Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Customer Service-to accelerate revenue growth, optimize trade investments, and enhance operational efficiency.
What You'll Get to Do:
Forecasting & Sales Operations Optimization

• Own the Amazon sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy across volume, value, and trade spend projections.
• Build, monitor, and refine internal forecasts while maintaining alignment with Amazon's external demand planning teams.
• Lead the monthly consensus forecasting cycle, ensuring timely deliverables and strong cross‑functional alignment.
• Oversee order management in partnership with Customer Service, including PO creation, confirmation, and fulfillment performance tracking.

Amazon Inventory & Trade Spend Management

• Manage inventory strategies-including Direct Import and In‑Stock Optimization-to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Amazon Operations to align on growth priorities, promotional strategies, and long‑term planning.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in demand planning, supply chain management, business analytics, or a financial role within the consumer products industry.
• Ability to synthesize insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
• Previous operational or sales experience with Amazon is preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical strength, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
