We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and help us reach more schools, institutions, and aspiring learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Present, promote, and sell our courses, workshops, and technical programs to schools, students, and institutions.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

  • Handle objections professionally and follow up to close sales.

  • Maintain and update the CRM with customer interactions and sales progress.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and lead generation events.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth execution of services sold.

  • Provide feedback on customer trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Science preferred).

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales, field sales, or B2B/B2C sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & regional language).

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).

  • Strong time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in the education, edtech, or aerospace sector.

  • Multilingual ability (English + regional language such as Tamil, Hindi, or Telugu).

  • Familiarity with digital outreach and lead generation techniques.
