- Manage assigned sales opportunities from lead qualification through deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Present company services and solutions in a clear, consultative, and value-focused way.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline stages, notes, and follow-up activities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to address questions, objections, and next steps.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper handoff and alignment once a deal is closed.
- Meet individual sales targets and activity metrics.
- Apply feedback and coaching to continuously improve sales performance.
- Support upsell or cross-sell opportunities when appropriate.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management roles.
- Experience managing the sales process with limited supervision.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deals at the same time.
- Coachable mindset with a balance of independence and collaboration.
- Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
- RAM: 16 GB minimum
- 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
- USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)

- 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month

- After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
- After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
- After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
