About this Role
- Proactively generate and convert B2C sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management and high-quality conversions.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend tailored sports-led holiday packages.
- Upsell premium experiences, hospitality upgrades, and curated add-ons to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for lead status, follow-ups, and closures.
- Leverage product training and portfolio knowledge to pitch confidently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale handover and fulfilment.
