This role is built for a true hunter: someone who excels at identifying opportunities, opening doors, and closing complex enterprise deals. You’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, with a strong emphasis on prospecting, outbound engagement, and pipeline creation. - Own new business development across a defined territory of multi-category retailers, including grocery and omnichannel chains.
- Prospect and generate pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and strategic account planning.
- Identify and engage relevant stakeholders, qualify business needs, and map customer requirements.
- Deliver high-impact, consultative sales presentations that clearly articulate Centric’s value proposition and ROI.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Represent Centric at industry events and trade shows to build brand visibility and generate leads.
- Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team growth.
- 4–6 years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in PLM, ERP, SCM, or related solutions.
- Proven hunter mentality with a track record of new logo acquisition and exceeding quotas.
- Strong plus to have experience selling into multi-category retailers, including grocery and general merchandise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with value-based or solution selling methodologies.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
- Experience closing deals in excess of $200,000 is a strong plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110k - $130K base pay plus up to $110k - $130K for incentive compensation. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Candidates who exceed the specified experience and relevant education or training may be considered for compensation above the stated range. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base salary, and certain positions may be offered additional variable incentives.
