Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling consulting services and solutions and experience selling within the Salesforce Channel Partnership. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and build long-term relationships with clients in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors.
Position Overview
- Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities by selling consulting services and Salesforce solutions to prospects and existing clients.
- Liaise with Channel Partner Account Teams, including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Sales Leadership to drive new opportunities for Ciberspring.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of new opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Execution:
- Execute on strategic account plans to penetrate targeted accounts, particularly within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Manage all requests for information/proposals and collaborate with Ciberspring resources to complete SOWs.
- Partnerships:
- Collaborate with Salesforce Channel Partnership teams to leverage partner resources, programs, and relationships for joint selling opportunities.
- Stay informed about Salesforce product developments and align offerings to client needs.
- Client Engagement:
- Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
- Present tailored proposals, and articulate business value to drive client buy-in and interest.
- Attend in person events and client meetings
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless handover and successful project execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop targeted campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
What you bring to Ciberspring
- 5-7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years selling consulting services or solutions to Life Sciences and Healthcare companies.
- Demonstrated success selling into the Salesforce Channel Partnership.
- Experience targeting clients in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, ecosystem, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed consulting services sales quotas, in excess of $1.5M annually
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
