A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that sales and revenue targets are realized within the budgets determined for customers and categories under responsibility
- Managing sales policies (correct product, price and activity, etc.) determined for the customers and categories under responsibility
- Following customer / category annual agreements and periodic activities to increase the profitability of the company
- Making the relevant listings in their categories, preparing detailed activity plans, defining them in the system, tracking activities and determining opportunity areas
- Listing launch products, tracking of distribution, exposure agreements and activity mechanics
- Monitoring / reporting of product warehouse and store stock availability levels, ensuring that the determined actions are carried out together with the business units
- Providing accurate and timely information on the production estimates of products that are sold regularly and will be active
- Timely customer notification of price updates and customer relationship management for completing the transition
- Taking actions to monitor and reduce return rates
- Collaborating with category, marketing, procurement business units and other customer teams
- Assuming responsibility for acceptance / control of commercial invoices according to the determined progress payment balance
- Analyzing the portfolio that the company is responsible for according to market dynamics and product performance and preparing weekly / monthly reports
- Collecting data on market conditions, sales in competitors and customers, following trends and preparing weekly / monthly reports
Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
- 3+ years’ sales/ key account/channel management experience working within FMCG Companies
- Proactive (high sense of urgency) and committed to delivering results in a fast paced, demanding work environment
- Strong command in English (both written and verbal)
- Experienced in activity/campaign and product management
- Holds an understanding of budget analysis, P&L management, ROI analysis
- Experienced in field, market and competitor analysis
- Result-oriented professional adopting strategic thinking capabilities
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong Microsoft applications skills (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
