Role Summary
Dudhi
Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with practical field
sales experience in building materials, construction, infrastructure,
industrial or engineering products.
The
role will focus on new customer development, client and site visits, enquiry
generation, quotation follow-up, order conversion and achievement of sales
targets.
Key
Responsibilities
- Conduct
regular customer meetings and site visits.
- Identify
and develop new customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate
enquiries through field visits, references and project tracking.
- Meet
contractors, builders, consultants, EPC companies, purchase teams and
project teams.
- Understand
customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow
up on quotations and commercial offers.
- Negotiate
within approved commercial guidelines and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain
relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
- Coordinate
internally for order processing, dispatch and customer requirements.
- Follow
up for timely payment collection.
- Maintain
updated sales pipeline, visit reports and CRM records.
- Achieve
assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Provide
market and competitor feedback to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5
years of field sales experience.
- Minimum
2 years of relevant experience in Building Materials, Construction,
Infrastructure, Industrial, Electrical, Plumbing or Engineering Products
preferred.
- Experience
in customer visits, lead generation, quotation follow-up, negotiation and
order conversion.
- Strong
communication and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented
and comfortable working extensively in the field.
- Willingness
to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid
driving licence required.
Mandatory Vehicle, Laptop & Mobile Requirement
Preferred Industry
Exposure
FRP
/ GFRP / SMC products, manhole covers, cable trays, gratings, fencing systems,
electrical, plumbing, drainage, construction materials or other engineering
products.
Education
• Continuous
regular education only.

Period
- Duration: 4–6 months
Compensation & Benefits
- Total CTC: ₹, 4 to7 lakh per annum
Sales Incentive
• 2% incentive on
monthly sales generated, as per company incentive policy.
Skills Required
- At least 2 years of recent proven experience in building materials, construction products, or infrastructure/utility products
- Continuous regular education with no education gap
- No correspondence, distance, or open university education
- Full-time salaried employment experience; freelancers and independent consultants are not eligible
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, and WhatsApp reporting
- Own laptop for field operations
- Personal vehicle for field operations
- Valid driving license
