Trading & Operations Management
● Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify trading opportunities and inform strategic decisions

● Execute trades and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients and suppliers effectively
Cross-functional Collaboration
● Work closely with internal teams including operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery
● Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to forecasting and strategic planning initiatives
● Share market insights and competitive intelligence with the team to drive informed business decisions
Documentation & Reporting
● Provide regular and comprehensive sales reports to management detailing pipeline, progress, and challenges
● Track performance metrics and KPIs to monitor achievement of targets and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Commerce, or any related field.
- Proven 2-5 years of experience in Trader/Wholesaler trading process and operations or equivalent sales role in B2B trading environment
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of trading practices, commodity markets, and industry-specific regulations
- Proficient in CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Willingness to travel within target markets as required
