Management Client Support & Revenue Optimization

● Maintain service excellence by ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and consistent delivery quality


Trading & Operations Management

● Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify trading opportunities and inform strategic decisions

● Maintain strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and logistics to optimize operations

● Execute trades and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients and suppliers effectively


Cross-functional Collaboration

● Work closely with internal teams including operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery

● Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to forecasting and strategic planning initiatives

● Share market insights and competitive intelligence with the team to drive informed business decisions


Documentation & Reporting

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems to ensure data integrity and accountability

● Provide regular and comprehensive sales reports to management detailing pipeline, progress, and challenges

● Track performance metrics and KPIs to monitor achievement of targets and identify improvement opportunities



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Commerce, or any related field.
  • Proven 2-5 years of experience in Trader/Wholesaler trading process and operations or equivalent sales role in B2B trading environment
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of trading practices, commodity markets, and industry-specific regulations
  • Proficient in CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred) 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Willingness to travel within target markets as required


Skills Required
