About the role:
As a Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping small- and medium-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with branch managers and staff of assigned banks or partners.

  • Educating small to midsized business owners about FIS products and services, highlighting their benefits and features.

  • Identifying new prospects and revenue opportunities for merchant services through strategic outreach and networking.

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Participating in sales calls and meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Maintaining a comprehensive sales database and tracking progress using CRM tools.

What You Will Need:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Expert negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives (CEO, CIO, COO, etc.) and tailoring presentations to their specific needs.

  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry and FIS products and services.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

  • Experience in enterprise technology sales, particularly within the financial services sector.

  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies such as value-based selling, consultative selling, and challenger selling.

  • Knowledge of market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
