We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Executive – Indirect Sales to manage and expand sales through third-party channels such as brokers, agents, and external partners. The role focuses on building strong relationships with indirect sales partners to drive property sales and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and manage relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners
Identify and onboard new indirect sales partners across assigned territories
Support brokers with product knowledge, pricing, payment plans, and marketing materials
Track leads and sales generated through indirect channels
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for broker-led sales
Monitor partner performance and achieve indirect sales targets
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and legal teams
Resolve channel partner issues and ensure smooth deal closures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred)
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or channel/indirect sales
Strong communication and relationship-management skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
Good negotiation and coordination skills
Knowledge of the local Iraq real estate market
Valid driving license (preferred)
