About the role:
This is a role for someone who is both forward-thinking, assertive, innovative in problem resolution and a person that has a passion for closing new business using proven sales methodologies and expanding client revenue. This role will be focused on building a “trusted advisor” consulting relationship with new logo prospects and clients. You will also assist in sharing product updates and information, addressing customer billing and support escalation and tracking, as well as helping the broader sales team with upsell, cross-sell, and add-on services.
- The primary function of the role is to increase new logos and customer ARR.
- Host and lead value-based discussions with key business, technical, and operational banking executives.
- Promote the value of Dragonfly through a tailored sales experience and agile responsiveness.
- Selling the digital banking products deployed in either a cloud based single-tenant, multi-tenant (SaaS) or on-premises license deployment.
- Assist the project team is gathering services requirements to establish and quote accurate statements of work and pricing estimates.
About the team:
Be a part of a team of Seller that have multiple years of experience driving forward the growth of the organization, who are passionate about their clients and ensure clients meets are met efficiently and effectively.
What you will be doing:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years in a customer facing, banking relationship management and/or sales role in a technology software company.
- Proven track record of pipeline development, sales advancement and closing.
- Proven experience promoting value through complex new logo sales
- Exceptional ability to communicate, both written and verbal, and foster and expand positive business relationships
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service
- Accountability, prioritization, time management and personal organization are essential
- Ability to creatively problem solve client challenges and quickly determine root cause
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Some travel required for strategic client meetings, conferences and team events. (approximately 50%)
What you will need:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and meeting leadership skills.
Added bonus if you have:
- Experience with financial institutions hardware (validators, printers, scanners, ash management devices).

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $136,600.00 - $225,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
