Key responsibilities:

  • Run product demos for qualified inbound and outbound opportunities;
  • Lead deals from demo through to contract signature;
  • Drive decision-making and manage objections;
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data in CRM;
  • Support structured handover of accounts to Partner Success;
  • Identify upsell or expansion signals and route them through the defined sales process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to lead confident commercial conversations;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or related field;
  • Proven ability to run structured product demos and close B2B deals;
  • Strong objection-handling skills in comparison-driven and price-sensitive sales environments;
  • Ability to drive opportunities from demo to contract signature within a defined sales process;
  • High discipline in CRM usage (HubSpot), including pipeline stages, forecasting, and activity tracking;
  • Ability to clearly communicate value and differentiate a product in competitive markets;
  • Comfortable working independently and owning revenue outcomes;
  • Willingness to sometimes work in US business hours depending on customer availability;
  • Comfortable managing multiple active deals simultaneously with clear next steps.

This is how you stand out: 

  • Experience selling VoIP, UCaaS, telecom, or infrastructure software solutions;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent B2B sales experience;
  • Experience running demos for technical or semi-technical products;
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM in a high-volume or competitive sales environment;
  • Experience working in partner-driven or reseller-based sales models;
  • Familiarity with commercial tools such as Zoom / Google Meet and digital contract platforms.
