About the Role
FIS is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to drive new business growth within the insurance sector across the DACH region. You’ll be part of a high-performing team delivering innovative fintech solutions that help insurers modernize operations, improve efficiency, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
About the Team
The Capital Markets Sales team at FIS focuses on strategic growth across financial services, with a dedicated emphasis on insurance clients in this role. We build strong relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and collaborate across functions to meet the unique needs of the DACH insurance market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition within the insurance sector across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring consistent progression through sales stages.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the insurance industry and regional market dynamics.
- Leverage existing relationships and market knowledge to identify and engage key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and deliver compelling, client-specific solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Dynamics) and reflect all sales activity.
- Stay informed on regional insurance trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Promote the full suite of FIS Capital Markets solutions, including delivery models such as ASP, IMS, and On-Premise.
