Rôle:

Développer son portefeuille clients pour atteindre les objectifs de vente mensuels et annuels définis par l'entreprise ;

Assurer le développement et la gestion de son portefeuille client.

Responsabilités principales:

  • Communiquer les nouveaux produits, service et introduire, promouvoir les solutions de YASSIR ;
  • Identifier des nouveaux prospects sur les réseaux sociaux, sites internet, terrain et toutes autres sources pertinentes et mettre à jour le fichier client et prospects ;
  • Élaborer des stratégies de développement de marché pour explorer de nouveaux segments de clients et développer de nouvelles offres de services ;
  • Développer de nouveaux partenariats avec des entreprises complémentaires pour augmenter les ventes et les revenus de l'entreprise ;
  • Prendre en charge les réclamations des clients et assurer le suivi jusqu’à résolution ;
  • Gérer les relations clients de manière proactive et fournir un service clientèle de haute qualité ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer une coordination efficace entre les ventes et les opérations ;
  • Suivre le paiement des partenaires avec le département finance/opération.

Profil Recherché

  • BAC+5 en science commercial 
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans les ventes, de préférence dans le Domain de la livraison E-commerce ou dans une industrie similaire.
  • Jeune, dynamique, persévérant avec un fort sens de la créativité
  • Sens de relation client (écoute, orientation, analyse et synthèse)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et relations clients.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à atteindre des objectifs de vente ambitieux.
  • Parfaite connaissance des techniques de vente
  • Maitrise de l'anglais et français
  • Possède un véhicule
