About Draiver: Draiver is a smart logistics platform specializing in vehicle delivery management and execution across the U.S. and globally. Utilizing AI-powered route optimization and chaining, which can be executed by a marketplace of over 20,000 vetted drivers covered by an owned Captive Insurance unit, Draiver provides scalable solutions, ensuring faster deliveries and cost savings for auto/truck dealers, service centers, fleet companies, rental agencies, and OEMs.

Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Sales Executive with extensive experience in the automotive sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience across multiple verticals such as auto retail, auto servicing, OEMs, fleet management companies. Background in SaaS sales or experience with technology companies is a plus. You will report directly to the Revenue Team and play a crucial role in acquiring, developing, engaging, and expanding enterprise accounts across Brazil. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely but requires continuous face-to-face customer visits.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand Draiver’s market presence.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the automotive sector, including dealerships, rental, auto retail, auto servicing OEMs, fleet management companies, trucking companies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration with operations, legal, and international team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive sector (auto retail, auto servicing OEMs, fleet management companies).
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise accounts such as dealerships, OEM’s , large fleets companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to travel frequently for face-to-face customer visits.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
