Develop and manage a portfolio of individual and group health insurance clients.
Prospect and cold call to generate new business, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to assess coverage needs and present plan options clearly and confidently.
Stay informed about health insurance regulations, plan changes, and competitive offerings.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, manage renewals, and ensure client satisfaction.
High School or Associates degree or equivalent professional experience.
3–5+ years of sales experience in sales related field.
State Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain it prior to start).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a remote sales territory.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
