Sales Executive

We’re looking for a Local Sales Executive to grow our presence in the Nashville, Tennessee market. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives on building trusted client relationships, educating prospects, and delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.

  • Own Your Territory – Proactively identify new leads and growth opportunities within assigned regions. Meet with individuals and businesses to understand their health coverage needs and recommend tailored solutions.

  • Be Part of a High-Performance Team – Collaborate with a network of experienced agents, underwriters, and client service teams. Participate in ongoing training and strategy sessions both virtually and in-person.

  • Make an Impact – Help clients make life-changing decisions about their health care coverage and financial security.

Position Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of individual and group health insurance clients.

  • Prospect and cold call to generate new business, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.

  • Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to assess coverage needs and present plan options clearly and confidently.

  • Stay informed about health insurance regulations, plan changes, and competitive offerings.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, manage renewals, and ensure client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School or Associates degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience in sales related field.

  • State Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain it prior to start).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a remote sales territory.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
