We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales executives by managing communication, schedules, and key tasks that enhance productivity. Your exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask, and discretion in handling sensitive information will be crucial to your success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and arrange complex travel itineraries.
  • Oversee email correspondence, expertly filtering, prioritizing, and responding to communications as needed.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit a variety of documents, presentations, and spreadsheets with precision.
  • Maintain and organize digital drives, Google Sheets, and databases, ensuring all data remains accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in project coordination by tracking tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Generate and contribute to reports, providing valuable insights and updates to the team.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities and take on additional tasks as needed to support the sales team and company objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Tech-savvy with a quick aptitude for learning new software tools.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion.
