As a Sales Engineer at Litera, you’ll join a dynamic team passionate about transforming the legal technology landscape. You’ll work with cutting edge tools, collaborate with industry experts, and help deliver solutions that make a real difference for legal professionals. Sales Engineers are subject matter experts that position and demonstrate the value of our products, deliver technical advice throughout the sales process, and contribute to winning new business alongside our salespeople. They seek to understand how our solutions can address challenges faced by customers and their end users, and tailor demonstrations to showcase how we address their business needs and drive outcomes. Sales Engineers are also uniquely positioned to provide insights back to the business on market trends and go-to-market opportunities which help inform our product strategy, positioning, and big picture direction. Travel is required to attend meetings and or conferences.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations: both in-person and virtual that speak directly to customer pain points

  • Translate technical capabilities into business value for C-Suite, influencers, and end users

  • Facilitate evaluations and Proof of Concepts to ensure successful outcomes

  • Share customer stories and insights to build trust and credibility

  • Collaborate across departments to deepen market knowledge and product expertise

  • Lead strategic discussions and presentations as a SME that align our solutions with customer goals

  • Ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sale delivery

  • Represent Litera at customer, partner, and user forums

Qualifications:

  • You are energized by navigating complex organizations and decision-making processes

  • You can earn credibility as a trusted advisor with C-suite and senior leaders within large global organizations

  • You bring a strong desire to learn and grow in the legal tech space

  • Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Passion for solving complex business problems with technology

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments

  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to team success

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint

  • Based in Sydney, Australia

As part of our strategic growth and commitment to fostering collaboration and operational excellence, we are transitioning to a Modified working model. This position is based in Sydney, Australia and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least six days per month. This hybrid approach enables us to build a collaborative and innovative work environment while maintaining the flexibility that supports both productivity and work-life balance.
