The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solution Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with Account Executives and other stakeholders to deliver tailored demos, handle complex customer objections, drive successful POC's and ultimately, win new deals! This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of cybersecurity to play a pivotal role in the sales process, ensuring that Mitiga's innovative solutions meet the unique needs of our enterprise customers.
What You’ll Do:
Lead tailored technical demos for enterprise customers, showcasing Mitiga’s value proposition and technical capabilities.
Partner with the Account Executive team to drive successful end-to-end sales processes, from initial engagement to closing.
Proactively address and overcome customer objections, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and Mitiga’s solutions.
Manage and lead the POC process, ensuring efficient, effective, and successful implementation to drive customer satisfaction and conversion.
Act as a liaison between the sales, product, and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, requirements, and market insights to drive continuous product improvement.
Share product updates and new feature information with the sales and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and Mitiga’s product developments to provide accurate and relevant technical insights to customers.
Requirements
Who You Are:
Proven experience in cybersecurity (required).
5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering (or similar technical sales roles).
Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to technical stakeholders.
Excellent objection handling skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales teams to close enterprise-level deals.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
Strong process orientation, with a focus on ensuring consistent, repeatable success through well-defined workflows and best practices.

Some More Details and Perks
For this position, the estimated base salary is between $140-180K with this being just one aspect of the overall compensation package. This will include commission, equity grants, and generous benefits.
