About This Role:

Crusoe is seeking an exceptional Sales Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in driving customer adoption of Crusoe’s cutting-edge AI-first cloud infrastructure solutions. This is an opportunity to serve as the technical backbone of the sales process, working closely with customers to identify their needs, demonstrate our platform’s capabilities, and develop tailored solutions that solve their challenges.

This role is ideal for a technically adept professional who thrives on solving problems, explaining complex concepts clearly, and supporting sales efforts. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Digital Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless pre-sales engagement, technical validation, and customer success.

A Day In The Life:

  • Partner with the business development, digital infrastructure, and executive teams to understand customer goals, technical requirements, and pain points, enabling you to craft the best solutions using Crusoe’s AI-first cloud platform

  • Collaborate with customers to design custom architecture and deployment plans that align with their objectives and maximize the platform's performance

  • Manage end-to-end proof of concept processes, including configuring environments, troubleshooting issues, and validating outcomes to demonstrate Crusoe’s value

  • Assist the Sales team in preparing RFPs, RFIs, and other customer-facing documentation with technical insights and solution designs

  • Act as the go-to resource for technical questions during the sales process, providing clear and timely responses to customer concerns.

  • Contribute to technical content like whitepapers, case studies, and best practices to highlight the platform’s value and success stories.

You Will Thrive In This Role If You:

  • Bring 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, AI/ML workloads, or high-performance computing

  • Possess strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure tools

  • Are experienced in customer-facing roles, skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Have a track record of success managing PoCs, troubleshooting technical challenges, and delivering impactful technical demonstrations

  • Excel in collaboration, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences

  • Enjoy problem-solving, with the ability to analyze customer challenges and develop innovative, scalable solutions

  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, embracing opportunities to directly contribute to customer success and company growth

Compensation Range: Compensation will be paid in the range of $200,000 - $250,000 on track earnings. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
