Summary: Serve as a technical resource for the sales team to support all accounts and maintain the customer base. They will collaborate with the sales team, engineers, and product managers to provide accurate information on application usage and work with the headquarters technical team to support third-party product integration or customized project requirements. They will also be expected to suggest new technologies and provide different design approaches for top-selling products. Responsibilities include assisting with field maintenance and installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, on-site failure analysis, and training for salespeople and customers on all products.

- Customer Project Support
- Understand the technical requirements related to clients’ specific projects or needs, and provide customized or alternative solutions.
- Convey the customer’s requirements to headquarters if a feature addition or modification is needed.
- Verify the customized functions added or modified by headquarters.
- System Integration Support
- Provide technical assistance to integrate third-party products, systems, or solutions, driving sales growth and creating new business opportunities.
- Sales/Marketing Support
- Provide technical support at exhibitions and other events.
- Convey the requirements of system design tools and materials for pre-sales activities to headquarters.
- Support the system environment for salespeople’s product demonstrations.
- Technical Expertise
- Maintain a deep understanding of products, technologies including network and cybersecurity, and industry trends.
- Online/Onsite training or demonstration for salespeople and customers.
- Develop and update technical materials including the training materials and technical video content.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four year college or university; or over two years of related experience and/or training: or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with network system integration and management is preferred.
Experience in operating and supporting cloud systems is preferred.
Experience with video surveillance systems is preferred.
Language Ability:
Ability to write technical reports and procedure manuals, and effectively present information in English.
Bilingual (English / Korean) preferred
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite, Email.
Basic experience with software programming languages such as C++, C#, JavaScript, or PHP is preferred.
Experience with the Linux OS shell is preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
No required certifications. CCNA preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and oversee subordinate staff.
Oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the department.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
