Sales Engineer

We are looking for Sales Engineer to join our sales team (Refrigeration).
 
In the Sales Engineer role, you will be responsible for designing and proposing technical solutions tailored to our customers' needs, specifically for our custom-made Plate & Shell Heat Exchangers.  
Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as technical support within the sales team for the design of Vahterus Plate & Shell Heat Exchangers. 
• Ensuring our equipment meets or exceeds customer specifications, process design, and requirements. 
• Continuously enhancing product and application knowledge through collaboration with colleagues, attending seminars, fairs, training, and customer events. 
• Supporting clients and sales representatives from product selection to start-up and providing ongoing lifecycle support. 
• Educating customers about our products and technology. 
• Collaborating with engineers and experts across departments on key engineering initiatives and projects. 
• Visiting current and potential customers to build and maintain strong, productive relationships. 

 
We work in a hybrid model, so remote work is possible, however, we expect regular presence in our offices in Kalanti or Raisio. As our production site is in Kalanti, being there periodically will keep you close to the product and enable cross-departmental collaboration.

We expect you to have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or other suitable major. 
• A technical and innovative approach to solve technical challenges. 
• Curious, customer focused and hands-on approach to sales, product, and process development. 
• English as your daily work language; other language skills will be seen as an  advantage.
