Responsible for direct sales of industrial safety and personal protective equipment across assigned territories. Duties include lead generation, product presentations, demonstrations, trials, technical and commercial proposal preparation, negotiation, closing sales, order management, collections, troubleshooting, and customer relationship management. The role requires regular customer visits across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka, collaboration with sales teams, and technical knowledge of industrial machinery and manufacturing processes.

- Preparing commercial and technical proposals.
- Should be familiar with manufacturing processes and machinery used in industrial operations
- Should be able to manage commercial negotiations with sound techno-commercial knowledge
- Good command over spoken and written English & Tamil
- Should be responsible for conducting trials and demonstrations on customer machines and delivering effective manufacturing solutions.
- Visiting Customers regularly. Participate in Pre-Sales and after-sales service, trouble shooting activities to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- 2-10 years experience in Industrial sales, Industrial safety and Personal protective equipment.
- Fluent in English & Tamil - Read/Write/Speak
- To be based in below locations - Chennai
- Ability to Travel & Meet customers regularly (Tamilnadu, Andhra & Karnataka)
- Basic IT system knowledge, email communication, CRM & Quotation preparation.
