Sales Enablement Specialist (contract) – ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation
ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation seeks a Sales Enablement Specialist (contract) located in the Greater Milton or Greater Toronto, Ontario area. The role reports to the Business Unit Director, TI Americas. The successful candidate will strengthen the North American commercial organization by driving digital sales enablement, enhancing the digital sales process, and ensuring adoption of new sales tools across the region. The role will contribute to cross-functional projects involving marketing, specification sales, and digital transformation activities. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities to streamline digital touchpoints and strengthen the customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Your Future Team
You will join a dedicated commercial team responsible for growing ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation’s market share within the industrial insulation segment across North America. The team values collaboration, process discipline, and a unified focus on commercial excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
The Specialist will lead the execution and adoption of digital initiatives, including the launch of the TI-NA digital quoting platform. The role will ensure the sales team is fully equipped, trained, and supported to use digital systems effectively, while also delivering meaningful data insights and supporting improvements in sales activity.
• Lead the execution and launch of the TI-NA digital quoting platform
• Provide onboarding and structured training sessions for the sales team
• Deliver ongoing training through team sessions and individual support
• Collaborate with sales leadership to build a comprehensive KPI dashboard for sales activity
• Supply regular sales activity insights, reports, and performance analytics
• Ensure all sales accounts and contacts meet group policy standards and are properly segmented
• Provide weekly insights to management on pipeline status, sales activity, and quoting trends, offering guidance for improvement
• Support broader global commercial excellence initiatives, including process optimization and digital workflow improvements
What You Bring
• Minimum five years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Strong background in digital sales optimization and enablement
• Proven experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Advanced knowledge of Jira is preferred
• Ability to travel up to ten percent
• Willingness to participate in in-person meetings at ROCKWOOL offices when required
