We are seeking a Sales Enablement Programs Manager to lead our global onboarding program and other sales training initiatives. In this role, you will build and manage programs that support new sellers in getting ramped up quickly, as well as contribute to our core curriculum for existing team members. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and managers to shape the new hire experience, as well as analyze performance and feedback for future improvements.

Responsibilities include

  • Manage all new hire communication and scheduling for new hires and their managers
  • Build, refine, and deliver sales onboarding content
  • Track and analyze program completions, certifications, and new hire feedback
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and effective
  • Work with new sellers 1:1 while they are learning the pitch and products in preparation for certification
  • Be the first point of contact for new hires, welcoming them into the organization and culture

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of digital sales media industry experience 
  • Experience overseeing or contributing to an onboarding program
  • Excellent coaching and training facilitation skills
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or sales training experience
  • Extreme attention to detail

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Jun Group employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office three days per week.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
