Get to know the Role:

We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced Program Manager - Grab Support/Self Serve, this is a strategic role responsible for enhancing sales proficiency and efficiency within the organization. The role involves developing and implementing a vision for sales excellence, collaborating with various teams, and acting as a subject matter expert within the Sales Enablement vertical. 

Key responsibilities include optimizing and executing sales programs, liaising with commercial leads, developing educational programs, and managing product launches. The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making to identify learning needs and measure the impact of enablement initiatives.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic vision to enhance Grab Support's sales proficiency. This involves identifying learning needs and actively working towards improving efficiency, expertise, and impact.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Enablement COSE Lead, Grab Support, and Self-Serve teams across the region to ensure alignment and synergy.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for Grab Support within the Sales Enablement vertical, providing insights and guidance as needed.
  • Optimizing and executing key Sales Programs, including Onboarding, Training, Sales Collaterals, and Sales Certification for Grab Support and Telesales Team.
  • Liaising with Commercial leads to identify sales packages/initiatives and preparing the Go-To-Market (GTM) materials.
  • Working with the Sales Enablement COSE Lead to scope, source, and develop educational programs in onboarding, sales methodologies, sales/account management, and product.
  • Demonstrating strategic thinking by taking broad visions and concepts, developing structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics, and executing those plans.
  • Partnering closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Merchants, Support etc.) to build and deliver training and enablement needs.
  • Project managing product launches, including driving alignment on phased rollouts and expectations between product and business, and providing executional support from frontline teams.
  • Using data to develop a detailed learning needs analysis and identify learning metrics to measure the impact of enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

The must haves:

  • 4+ years experience in sales enablement, digital marketing/advertising/sales, product management, and/or management consulting.
  • Past experience in managing sales enablement programs across multiple SEA regions will be prioritized.
  • Experience in Telesales team management and training development (is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the broader advertising ecosystem and competitive landscape to identify product market fit of our products and solutions
  • Strong operational & PMO skills who is inspired by data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Business leaders, Sales leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment and can balance setting strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution.
  • A high threshold for navigating ambiguity and building effective solutions that scale.
  • Extraordinary communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey across different level technical and strategic stakeholders.
  • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Empathetic, compassionate and collaborative.
