We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to accelerate a high-performing, fast-moving sales organization. You’ll be the engine behind our team’s success; building tools, content, and processes that help reps sell smarter, faster, and with greater impact.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to deliver world-class enablement programs that empower our go-to-market team to consistently exceed targets. You thrive in dynamic environments where speed, precision, and creativity matter.

You will be responsible for:

  • Create enablement content from scratch (decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, case studies) and quickly iterate based on feedback from reps and prospects

  • Coach and shadow sales calls, giving real-time feedback and helping refine messaging, discovery questions, and objection handling

  • Stand up and manage tools and processes with a modern tech stack

  • Act as the bridge between sales and product/engineering, translating technical updates into customer-facing narratives and ensuring reps are fluent in the latest positioning

  • Continuously test, measure, and refine enablement efforts — from tracking which materials close deals faster to experimenting with new talk tracks in live deals


We’re excited if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or related roles within B2B SaaS software, with a strong track record of driving measurable improvements in sales productivity and effectiveness

  • Hands-on experience in startup or scale-up environments, comfortable building enablement programs, processes, and content from the ground up with limited resources

  • Proven success partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate complex technical offerings into clear, compelling value propositions for enterprise customers

  • Demonstrated ability to scale enablement programs, including implementing tools, training, and processes that support rapid team growth and evolving go-to-market motions
