What you’ll do

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager, with a strong focus on Product Enablement to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our sales organization is equipped with the necessary knowledge, content, and tools to effectively communicate the value of our products. This position requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of how to translate complex product information into actionable sales insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive product enablement programs that equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills to effectively position and sell our products.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to create and deliver training materials, sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, and other enablement resources.

  • Lead ongoing training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate the sales team on product updates, market trends, and competitive differentiators.

  • Build and manage a content library of sales collateral, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with product messaging and positioning.

  • Conduct sales performance analysis to measure the impact of enablement initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

  • Act as a liaison between sales and product teams to relay customer feedback, sales challenges, and market insights.

  • Partner with sales leadership to assess skills gaps and develop targeted learning initiatives that enhance the team’s effectiveness.

  • Implement and manage sales enablement tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration into the sales workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or a related field, preferably within SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Experience developing and delivering sales training programs with a focus on product knowledge and competitive positioning.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging for sales teams and customers.

  • Proficiency in sales enablement platforms, LMS tools, and CRM software

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
