About the Role:
The Sales Enablement Associate will be responsible for deploying our B2B2C assets and assist in the creation of sales enablement and training content to support the Sales team in achieving partner acquisition and account growth goals. This role will collaborate with the Sales Operations and Sales teams capturing all content and training material to assist in managing our digital asset management platform.
Specific responsibilities:
- Release monthly B2B2C assets packages to the sales team
- Assist with co-branding asset requests
- Assemble asset preview catalogs
- Assist in deck, job aid, and sales enablement collateral creation
- Upload and manage content in Brandfolder
- Support asset linking requests as needed
- Assist in managing the asset and training deployment calendar
- Capture and organize training meeting notes/recordings in a central repository
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 1+ year of related experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or digital marketing
- Proficient in MS Office, with an emphasize in PowerPoint, and G-Suite
- Preferred experience with design and digital asset management platforms, and advertising management/affiliate software (e.g. Brandfolder, Adobe, AdSpeed, LinkTrust)
- Creative and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
Compensation:
Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 10%
