Your impact
As a Sales Enablement Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between Intelsat's technical experts and Sales team. Working as part of our Sales Strategy team, you will ensure we put our best foot forward with airlines by keeping the sales team up to date on the latest technology and supplying exceptional customer-facing materials for presentations and RFP responses. As we strive to differentiate our services, this role will enhance sales effectiveness and support the growth of our Commercial Aviation division.
What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales and account managers on commercial pursuits including new airline customers, existing customer revenue initiatives and strategic partnerships
  • Develop creative content to support the sales strategy including:
    • Serve as liaison between subject matter experts and sales team to translate technical information into compelling sales materials
    • Develop customized materials, images, and stories that enable the airlines to connect their brand with our solution
    • Write and/or edit copy for proposal executive summaries
  • Maintain library of slideware and other resources for sales presentations, business reviews, and RFP responses
  • Continuously improve content by proactively collecting feedback on effectiveness and accuracy from sales team and subject matter experts
  • Identify gaps in sales knowledge and coordinate technical training for sales skill ups
  • Align key stakeholders across revenue management, operations, and sales to ensure deliverable requirements are known and all deadlines are met
  • Keep abreast of major trends shaping the inflight connectivity market and what matters to airline partners, such as internet behaviors and competitive technology evolution.
  • Act as the internal "go-to" for all matters related to sales materials


Your required experience/skills

  • Four-year college degree.
  • 1-3 years in content development, sales strategy, consulting or related experience
  • Experience building sales tools, playbooks, and training
  • Aptitude and experience using sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and/or Highspot
  • Balanced approach to content development, with both creative vision and keen attention to technical details
  • Ability to work cross-functionally or independently to gather relevant information and create a variety of external-facing materials while working against tight deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


Your success in this role will look like:

  • Enhancing sales performance by equipping the team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell inflight connectivity and support airline communications
  • Creating and curating a library of materials that enable the team to craft compelling stories, conveying unique value to an individual airline/audience
  • Supporting the accurate and timely delivery of articulate RFP responses
  • Positively impacting our business operations with proactive problem solving, exceptional organization skills, and collaborative team spirit


It would be nice if you had:

  • Experience in a sales, sales support, or marketing role
  • Familiarity or experience with airlines or aerospace OEMs as it relates to digital technology or inflight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC)
  • Experience using Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or other design tools suited to customizing proposals and other sales materials
  • Working knowledge of inflight connectivity or aptitude and curiosity for understanding technical topics
  • Experience simplifying complex topics for non-technical audiences, and in particular, identifying unique value propositions for various decision makers
  • Advanced degree in a highly relevant field such as marketing, sales operations, etc.
