We are at an exciting growth stage and are seeking a high-performing, strategic Sales Director to drive the development, optimization, and execution of our sales operations. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence, developing scalable sales systems, and fostering long-term customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell XARM products & accessories

  • Product demonstrations

  • Create and manage sales processes, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.

  • Work closely and build relationships with customer's engineering and procurement team

  • Utilize data analysis and forecasting techniques to predict sales trends, set achievable targets, and optimize revenue generation.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the cobots, automation, or technology sectors

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of robotics fundamentals and emerging technologies

  • An interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry
