The Opportunity:

The Sales Director's primary role is to drive new revenue for the business selling our CTV Home Screen products to a range of categories. We are specifically looking for an established seller who has proven success opening up the biggest independent agencies in NSW and Victoria. The main goal of this role will be driving new business from these agencies but also working closely with the Account Management team to nurture existing business & build recurring revenue once they have been onboarded.

This role demands a results driven individual contributor who is highly motivated by winning business & growing revenue for the company. This person will need to be comfortable moving at pace, managing their time effectively and comfortable both winning new business and growing existing relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the leading Independent media agencies in the Australian market as well as prominent brand direct advertisers.

  • Strategic Selling is paramount to success, we want sellers who can understand our clients business goals and create packages accordingly

  • Revenue Growth: Spearhead efforts to scale CTV Home Screen revenue & brand adoption in Australia.

  • Building the brand: The sales team are the face of our business to our customers. This role requires sellers who are comfortable educating & building both their own and the LG brand in the market, being present at industry events, networking & social platform interactions.

  • Partnership Development: Comfortable creating joint business plans for customers, negotiating volume deals and thinking creatively to give us an edge vs our competitors

  • High Standards: This seller needs to demonstrate an obsession with delivering an outstanding experience & results for our partners who work with us. We want this person to bring fresh ideas to our sales narrative & challenge the existing ways of working if they feel it will lead to stronger adoption & improved perception of our brand in the market.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Media, AdTech, or Ad Sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue and managing client relationships in the Australian market

  • Client Relationships: Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain high-level relationships across Media agencies & brands.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Command of Google Products (Slides/ sheets)

  • Salesforce Experience: Preferable but not mandatory

  • Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
