About Konare Law

Konare Law is not a traditional immigration firm. We are a removal defense law firm that represents noncitizens in some of the most complex and high-pressure immigration removal defense proceedings in the country. Our removal defense attorneys don’t just prepare motions—they change lives, shape precedent, and build trusted relationships with clients and communities. As we scale our immigration removal defense practice in 2026, we are seeking a driven, strategic, and client-focused associate who sees this role as the beginning of a long-term leadership journey with us.

Role Summary

The Sales Director is the firm’s chief revenue officer in practice. This role owns the retention number - the weekly, quarterly, and annual revenue generated through new client retainers and renewal agreements. The Sales Director is accountable not just for executing retention conversations, but for building and managing the system, the team, and the external pipeline that sustains and grows Konare Law’s revenue year over year.
The Sales Director also owns business development. External referral pipeline, community partnerships, and lead-generation channels are this seat’s accountability, executed with the support of a Business Development Coordinator. BD is not a separate or competing function - it reports into this role.
This is not a support role. It is not a coordination role. The Sales Director leads from the front, is personally accountable for outcomes, and operates with the authority - and responsibility - of a firm leader.
The expectations in this document apply to every person who occupies this seat, regardless of who that person is.
