Join us as a Sales Director!
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Director.
In this role, you will drive revenue growth and lead enterprise sales activities in the banking and insurance sector. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, closing enterprise deals, and developing long-term partnerships with banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
Your future tasks:
End-to-End Management of the Sales Cycle with three main areas of responsibility:
Driving Pipeline Generation
- Proactively engage with banks, insurance companies, and financial institutions to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline.
- Initiate strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Promoting Lead Conversion
- Guide prospects through the full sales process, from discovery to deal closure.
- Deliver tailored solutions, coordinate product demos and PoCs, and manage complex enterprise negotiations.
- Ensure successful deal closure and contracting.
Managing Customer Accounts
- Build long-term relationships with key clients after conversion.
- Identify cross- and upsell opportunities to maximize Annual Recurring Revenue.
- Support the delivery process and act as a trusted advisor for clients in the banking and insurance sector.
General Responsibilities:
- Prepare tailored presentations, proposals, pitches, and sales materials.
- Coordinate product demos and presales initiatives.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends across the banking and insurance markets.
- Engage and develop partnerships within the allocated markets.
- Represent Intuitech at industry conferences and events.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead pipeline reviews with sales leadership and monitor key sales metrics.
- Manage internal stakeholders, including delivery and product teams.
- Coach and mentor Sales Representatives and Sales Managers.
What we expect from you:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals, ideally in the banking, financial services or insurance sector.
- Experience in enterprise technology sales (AI, automation, or software solutions is a plus).
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and deal-closing capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional proficiency in both Hungarian and English.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
