As we continue to expand and grow within our already successful Singapore office, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to continue our growth in this key market.

 What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow a personal book of business, cultivating relationships with enterprise clients across the Singapore and SEA markets.
  • Develop and execute localized go-to-market strategies to increase market share.
  • Deliver consistent forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Proposal Center, Product and operations) to ensure a seamless and responsive client experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, including negotiating and closing major accounts.
  • Collaborate with EVP on team goals and targets.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in digital media, martech, SaaS,DaaS, or advertising solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore and SEA business landscape, culture, and decision-making processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, consultative sales environments.
  • Experience selling into B2B enterprise accounts, with thorough knowledge across departments and decision makers.
  • Experience successfully selling data-driven products around demand generation, display advertising and intent solutions highly preferred.
  • Possess technical knowledge of data analytics and data integration to CRMs and MAPs.

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in consultative sales
  • Experience selling into B2B enterprise accounts
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore and SEA business landscape and decision-making processes
  • Technical knowledge of data analytics and data integration to CRMs and MAPs
  • Experience in digital media, martech, SaaS or advertising solutions
  • Experience selling data-driven products around demand generation, display advertising and intent solutions
  • Ability to deliver consistent forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to leadership
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills for major accounts
