Sales Director, Latvia

Main Purpose:

To plan and execute direct marketing and sales activities to maintain and develop sales in the Latvian paint market, in accordance with agreed business plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and EBIT growth targets in Latvia.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for both Consumer and Professional segments.
• Collaborate with Baltic management and participate in the Commercial Council to align regional objectives.
• Maintain and develop organizational culture, values, and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory/official bodies.
• Plan and direct the company’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture, and legislative adherence.
• Coordination of the sales secretaries, warehouse, and accounting staff.
