Key Responsibilities
- Hunting & Acquisition: Drive net new client acquisition (80%) and growth in dormant/existing accounts (20%). Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Insurance vertical.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Insurance domain offerings.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Client Engagement:
- Establish and nurture relationships with CxO-level executives at target insurance firms.
- Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging domain expertise to position Brillio’s solutions.
- Collaboration & Enablement:
- Work closely with presales, delivery, and practice teams to craft compelling proposals.
- Partner with BFSI leadership to create IP, solutions, and thought leadership in Insurance.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Sales Expertise: 12–15+ years of experience in IT services sales, with a proven track record in hunting new business. Demonstrated success in selling Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data Analytics, and Product Engineering services.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Insurance industry (Life, P&C, Specialty), Insurtech trends, regulatory landscape, and emerging models like embedded insurance and usage-based insurance.
- Familiarity with platforms like Guidewire and Duck Creek is a plus.
- Hunting mindset and evidence of client acquisition is a major qualifier.
- Experience working in IT services and consulting is a must.
- Other Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles (6–12 months) and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology. MBA is preferred.
