Job Description

We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Director to accelerate growth across the commercial sector. This is an opportunity to work with some of Australia’s leading organisations, influence strategic technology initiatives, and play a key role in expanding our presence within the market.

We’re seeking someone with a true hunter mindset, someone energised by opening doors, creating opportunities, and building long-term client partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving new business growth across enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Expanding and strengthening existing strategic accounts
  • Building trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders
  • Leading complex consulting and technology sales engagements
  • Identifying opportunities across cloud, data, managed services, AI, and enterprise technology
  • Collaborating with consulting and delivery teams to shape client solutions
  • Developing strategic account plans and building a strong sales pipeline
  • Playing a key role in shaping NCS’ commercial growth strategy

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrable success in a business development or strategic sales role, specifically within a technology consulting, professional services, or systems integration company. Proven ability to proactively develop new opportunities with new stakeholders.
  • Complex Solution Sales: Experience selling complex technology solutions and services, such as Cloud Transformation, Data & AI, IoT, or Cybersecurity.
  • Proven success winning new logos and growing enterprise accounts
  • Experience selling consulting or managed services solutions
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build credibility and rapport with senior-level executives (e.g., CIOs, CTOs).
  • Strategic Mindset: A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to think strategically and link client business problems to technology solutions.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and client success
