The Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Trainee to join our team. As a Sales Development Trainee, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to learn the ins and outs of client acquisition, event marketing, and campaign development. This entry-level role is designed to give you the training and tools needed to grow into a leadership or management position within our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients and partners through research, networking, and attending events.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a point of contact for prospective clients, building relationships and introducing them to our event marketing services.
  • Campaign Development: Support the creation and execution of tailored marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Event Support: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events, including setup, customer engagement, and event breakdown.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activity and results to the management team, ensuring transparency in progress toward targets.
  • Training & Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs focused on sales techniques, marketing strategies, and leadership development.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and event management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting and adapt to various roles within the company.
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; experience in sales, customer service, or events is a plus.
