About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Juicebox, you'll play a critical role in driving our next stage of growth by connecting with prospective customers and building high-quality pipeline for our sales team. You'll partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product to engage Talent Acquisition leaders, People teams, and recruiting agencies with one of the fastest-growing AI recruiting platforms on the market.

This isn't a traditional SDR role. You'll help shape our outbound strategy while working in a highly collaborative, founder-led environment where your ideas can directly influence how we grow. With thousands of active customers, strong inbound demand, and significant expansion opportunities, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact while building a clear path toward future growth in sales leadership or closing roles.

You Will…

  • Generate qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.

  • Research and engage Talent Acquisition, People, and Recruiting leaders at target organizations.

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies and book high-quality meetings.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to refine messaging, outbound campaigns, and prospect engagement.

  • Test new prospecting strategies and use data to continuously improve outbound performance.

  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account information within the CRM.

  • Contribute to building and refining Juicebox's outbound playbook as we continue to scale.

You Have…

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms.

  • A curiosity for testing new strategies and learning from data.

  • A high level of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

  • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, with the ability to work in the office five days per week.

Bonus Points If You…

  • You have experience selling to Talent Acquisition, People, HR, or Recruiting leaders.

  • You have experience working at an early-stage startup or on a small, high-performing GTM team.

  • You have experience in a product-led growth (PLG) environment.

  • You have experience prospecting into B2B SaaS organizations.

Skills Required

  • 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
