What You'll Do
Prospect, qualify, and follow up with a high volume of cold leads and generate sales-ready meetings for the sales team
Run thorough discovery and deliver clean handoffs to your assigned AEs
Multi-thread accounts across IT and business decision-makers
Use Harmony’s sales tech stack (Nooks, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Gong, Salesforce) according to Harmony’s standards
Hit quota consistently and thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Bring an entrepreneurial mindset - self-motivated, self-managing, and energized by building from the ground up
Build relationships fast over the phone with both business and technical audiences
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Product
What You Bring
Highly motivated and self-starting, with a genuine drive to be a top performer and grow a sales career
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using AI tools for research, prospecting, and writing
Able to work on-site in Manhattan 4 days per week
Salesforce and sales engagement tool experience (Nooks, Apollo) a plus
