Title: Sales Development Representative
Duration: Indefinite
Location: Ciudad de México, México
Experience: 2-4 years in sales, or business development
Hours: Minimum 40 Hours/Week 

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development 

  • Create and manage regional sales plans to meet annual targets.
  • Design and implement strategies for market penetration. 
  • Establish sales processes and performance metrics to optimize

Sales and Client Management 

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
  • Open new accounts in Mexico and LATAM.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and maximize revenue.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions.

Team Expansion and Development 

  • Define market segmentation, prospecting, and client management processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align commercial efforts with company objectives. 

Monitoring and Reporting 

  • Track sales pipelines and present performance reports, primarily using SalesForce.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define growth strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline updates, progress on business opportunities, and key account status.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in consultative technology sales, proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, specifically in technology consulting, custom solutions, SaaS, and the IT industry.
  • Ability to build commercial processes from scratch.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with strategic clients.
  • Analytical mindset and results-driven approach.
  • Experience in sales in Mexico and LATAM (preferred).
  • Team management experience, demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales teams, setting performance goals and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in client prospecting tools, such as: (LinkedIn, SalesForce, HubSpot, Apollo.io)
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Advanced English required (ability to interact with clients and international teams.)
